After being this field for over 30 years, and after working with several different companies, I must say that Hagerstown is the most professional group that I have worked with . Cindy is our administrator. She is an absolute incredible person to work with. Cindy has allowed me to do the job I was hired my to do, and has provided the resources and support that allows me to blossom with Hagerstown. She leads by example and she supports our team as we to strive to do the best for Hagerstown. Anyone who is pursing a career in healthcare, and would like to be a nursing home administrator I nominate Cindy to be their AIT trainer.

On my first day, the “Onboarding” process was very interactive. Melissa, our HR director, works daily to create a great atmosphere for the employees to work in. There has not been any question or concern that I have thrown her way that she has not been able to help me with. Last comment our Director Of Nursing and Assistant Director Of Nursing are also both hands on with care and support to the staff.

The care Hagerstown provides to our residents is phenomenal. I’m proud to be part of the team.
